Affiliate Program Guidelines
By participating in the Revitacel Skincare
Affiliate Program, you have agreed also to the following terms:
Revitacel Skincare
reserves a right to accept or reject
any application without a cause. There is no membership and therefore there can
be no revenues until your application is approved by
Revitacel Skincare and you have received an e-mail
confirming this.
By partnering with us, you earn 20%
commission every time a visitor clicks through your site to ours and makes a
purchase. Even if the visitor does not buy immediately but waits and returns to
www.revitacel.net to make the purchase, you still get 20% of the sale! Our
average on-line order is approximately $80.
We pay on TWO
TIERS! On the first tier, you will earn 20%
of each product sale generated by your online referral links. You will also
receive 5% of the product revenues created by YOUR affiliate partner referrals,
commonly called "2nd Tier generated links". You are not allowed in
any way to represent yourself as Revitacel
Skincare, but you can represent yourself as an "affiliate" of Revitacel Skincare on your
website.
There is no fee for becoming a Revitacel Skincare Affiliate.
As an affiliate, we will provide you with
html link content, product and company logos to place on your site. There are
two types of links you can provide:
Banner code - put a special HTML CODE on your pages that will show
our
banners form the ad server.
Text Link - link promotional texts, or your own banners to our site, so
you
will not depend on our ad server.
If you would like to use your own html link
content, we must first approve them. Please submit them to andy.rickert@revitacel.net for
approval. All links should go to our home page at www.revitacel.net.
Commission can be earned from all online
orders. If a customer returns a product, that portion of the return is not
eligible for a commission. If a commission has already been paid to you when
the product is returned, the return will be subtracted from your next
commission check. We reserve the right to hold a commission payment if we see
an increased likelihood of a return.
We will pay you the referral fees on a monthly
basis. We will either send you a check or deposit the money in your bank
account (based on your selection) for the referral fees earned by you on orders
made during the previous month. The amounts we charge customers for shipping
and handling and taxes, if any, are not eligible for commissions. We reserve
the right to withhold any payment that in the aggregate amounts to less than
the payment threshold set forth below, and to continue withholding any payments
until the next payment cycle. For those months where we do not send you a
payment, your accumulated amount will be carried forward to the following
month. The payment threshold is currently $25.00.
We will be responsible for tracking orders
made through links from your site to our sites. We will use commercially
reasonable efforts to make available to you reports summarizing this sales
activity. The method of delivery, form, content and frequency of these reports
may vary from time to time at our discretion. We currently have all reports
available online for you to view on a real-time basis.
The affiliate abides by the trademark policy
as part of the agreement.
You are not allowed in any way to represent
yourself in regards to Revitacel
Skincare, but you can represent yourself as an "affiliate" of Revitacel Skincare on your
website.
You are responsible for the maintenance of
your website, including placing our links and codes unaltered on your site.
Revitacel Skincare
reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. If we do, we will give
you at least 30 days advanced notice. The part of the agreement most likely to
be modified is the percentage amount of commissions earned by an affiliate.
